This privacy Policy applies to the interaction between the user of the website of the Eurasian Industrial Exhibition-Forum eurasindastri.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") and Eurasia Expo LLC (registered at the address: Russia, 140060, Moscow region, Oktyabrsky rp, Tekstilshchikov str., 7b) – the owner and operator of the Event website.

for the execution of the agreement on the organization of participation in the Event held by the Roscongress Foundation and/or the user's admission to the territory of the Event;
to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
During the processing of personal data, the following actions are performed: collection, recording, verification, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out:
on the basis of the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
on the basis of a contract with the participation of the user or with the consent of the user.
The user's right to correct data

The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data by sending a written notification to the Roscongress Foundation in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Roscongress Foundation terminates the processing of personal data and destroys them within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data or within the time limits provided for by applicable law, in the absence of revocation of this consent. From the moment the Roscongress Foundation receives the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the validity and execution of the agreement on the organization of participation in the Event ends simultaneously and the right of passage to the territory of the Event is canceled.

Purpose: informing the user when using the website and mobile application about the location of the Event site and additional services available to the user and conditioned by his location.
